Payment Schedule
- 50% of the total is due at time of booking.
- The remaining 50% is due six weeks out from check-in date.
Damage Deposit
- Credit Card number will be taken for $250 damage deposit.
- If no damages or loss were incurred during the stay, there will be no charge.
Payment Methods
- Personal check is the preferred method of payment.
- Credit cards are accepted. Renter will pay 3% fee for all bookings made more than 2 weeks in advance of check-in date.
Cleaning Fee
- Stays less than 5 nights pay a $90 cleaning fee.
Taxes - State and local taxes are collected at 5.775%.
